Zero-contact store pick-up / click and collect will be available at all Big Blue Dive and Fish

Please note: Big Blue Dive and Fish showroom will remain closed to the public during this period, only pick-up counters will be available. All orders must be placed online or buy phone. Customers will not be able to make purchases at the Big Blue store or pay for their orders on pickup. Click and Collect is only available if we have your order in stock.

In order to protect our customers and staff, our store pickup policy has temporarily changed. We kindly ask that you carefully read our new store pickup policy below, before placing your order online.Customers will be allowed to come and collect their online orders from Big Blue stores, in a Zero Contact fashion. For customer and staff safety, we will not be allowing customers to enter our store to collect their orders.

Instead we ask that customers remain in their vehicles when they arrive at one our store and notify our staff that you have arrived by replying to the text message you had received from us earlier oe buy phone. Our staff will send you a text message when your order is ready to be collected from the store entrance.

Step 1: Place your order online

In the checkout, please make sure you include the name and phone number of the person picking up the order. The person picking up the order should bring photo ID such as a Passport or Drivers Licence, and the order number.

Step 2: Wait for our text message

When your order is ready to be picked up we will text/ring the phone number provided by you. Please do not come to the store until you have received the text message/call from our staff informing you that your order is ready to be collected.

Step 3: Text us when you arrive

Upon arriving at our store, please remain in your vehicle and reply with the word 'HERE' to the text message, you received earlier from us or call. On receiving your text message/call our staff will locate your order and bring it to the store entrance.

Step 4: Collect your order when you receive a reply

Please remain in your vehicle until we reply to your text message letting you know that you can approach the store entrance to collect your order. Our staff will ask you for your name and order number, to confirm your identity.
